Late last year Lynn Green sat down to discuss Leadership and Eldership in Youth With A Mission, and to answer some questions that people around the world had about the changes and development of it in YWAM. Lynn Green spoke with Lynn Yee for three different sessions, which we’ve put together into this podcast so that you can hear it all in a single session.
Some of the questions that they address in this podcast are:
- Plural Leadership
- What is an Elder
- The role of conveners in YWAM
- Why the need for the significant organisational change for YWAM in Singapore in 2014
- How does YWAM’s flat leadership structure work cross-culturally
- The importance of relationship over hierarchy
- Accountability structures
Lynn Green and his wife Marti first came to England and began the work of Youth With A Mission there in 1971. From 2004-2011 Lynn was YWAM’s International Chairman.
